    • We can ship International orders, however we will require the following details from you:

      The product you require ?

    • Your full name ?

      Address and telephone number ?

      (including the international dialling code) so that we can contact you if we have a query with your order.

      We will get you a shipping quote and send it to you

      Payment is by BANK transfer

      We will then ship you order out !


    We recommend picking HARD SUP boards up in person from our store. Its risky and expensive to ship this "Ugly freight "

  • The shipping/postage of your item(s) will be automatically calculated based on weight/size. (in some cases ie Highlands of Scotland, there may be an additional surcharge for larger items)

  • Please note If postage is not calculated there may be a problem with your order / In the case of a change of delivery price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. POSTAGE IS CALCULATED FOR U.K MAINLAND ONLY.

  • If the item declares FREE SHIPPING ...you don't pay....Hellejuyah !

 

  • DAMAGED GOODS / BOARDS

  • First and foremost you must understand SUP boards , Paddles and Hydrofoils are fragile

  • It is very important that the person accepting delivery :

    • Checks the box / board before accepting the delivery.
    • If the outside of the cardboard packaging looks damaged and you agree to accept delivery. the driver must note 'damaged' failure to do this will mean we will not be able to compensate you.
  • We will not accept any liability for any damaged goods if the DELIVERY IS  not noted/ signed for as ‘DAMAGED’.

  • Accepting delivery  - If the damage is something you can live with or repair, please accept the delivery, keep the board boxes and bubble wrap packaging and contact us. We will determine compensation with the courier and fairly cover some of the repair costs for the damage or have the item picked up.

  • Once you have used the item we will not be able to compensate you for anything.

  • We double wrap our boards to minimize the risk of damage, but it still is a possibility. We ask that you understand that sometimes these things happen, and all parties have to be reasonable. We'll do our best to get the situation rectified.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that we have shipped the incorrect item(s)

  • In the event that the board / item is damaged in transit (signed /noted for as damaged) we will pay for pickup / return , however if a replacement board/ item is NOT available the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges back to us.

  • In the case of Custom Boards - the customer is responsible for paying and returning the board.
