Cancellation policy 

You can rearrange your session if you cannot make it,

However you will not get a refund if you rearrange or cancel your lesson within 24 Hours of the lesson beginning. 

Our lessons are for over 18s only - 

You may book children under 18 if a attending adult is present on the activity  (no foiling lessons )

Please arrive 10 minutes before the activity. If you arrive late for your booking and the session has already started, you will not be permitted to proceed onto the activity. No refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

We reserve the right to make changes to the activities whether to conform to safety standards or other statutory requirements. Cancellations may happen due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall be entitled to cancel bookings at any time. We will refund or reschedule participants fully in the event of cancellation but no other compensation shall be obtained. 

We will provide storage for your clothing / shoes / car keys etc - not at our risk.

The activity of Stand Up Paddle boarding or Hydro foiling  can be physically demanding. You must be able to swim, weigh under 21 stone (133kg), be fit and healthy.

Unless stated elsewhere, our meeting point is the Blue Trailer at Knab Rock, between Knab Rock Pay and Display Car Park and Verdi's Cafe. Use Post Code SA3 4EL

There are outside Push Button Showers & Toilet facilities onsite.

Wetsuits and Buoyancy Vests are available for free for all lessons.
